YOU AGREE FURTHER THAT WE MAY MAKE CHANGES TO THE WEBSITE AT ANY TIME IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION, FOR ANY REASON OR NO REASON AND WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE TO YOU. YOU AGREE THAT IF YOU CONTINUE TO USE THE WEBSITE AFTER WE HAVE POSTED A CHANGE TO THIS AGREEMENT, THEN YOU ARE BOUND BY THE MOST RECENT VERSION OF THIS AGREEMENT.

Wall Street Metals provides an interactive service that allows visitors and users to purchase and sell physical bullion, such as gold and silver, online or over the phone. Wall Street Metals provides high quality products to its customers by working closely with mints and distributors.

The Website and related content on the Website should not be considered complete or up to date. Your reliance upon any information provided by Wall Street Metals, Wall Street Metals’s contractors and employees, others appearing on the Website at invitation by Wall Street Metals, or other visitors or users of this Website is solely at your own risk. You understand that Wall Street Metals is not obligated to provide any maintenance, technical or other support for the Website.

Violation of the terms of this Agreement or use of the Website for a use outside of its customary and intended purposes, such as, but not limited to downloading (other than page caching) or modifying the Website or any portion of it will result in the termination of this license.

Absent prior written permission from Wall Street, you are not permitted to reproduce, prepare derivative works, distribute copies, perform, display, or use for commercial purposes the Website or its content. This license is revocable at any time, and any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved to Wall Street Metals.

3. Trademarks
All trademarks, common law or registered trademarks, displayed on this Website are the property of their respective owners. Specially, all Wall Street Metals marks are the property of Wall Street Metals, including, but not limited to Wall Street Metals® (reg. no. 201901110343) and all Wall Street Metals logos. The Website, including its look and feel, color selections, layout, and arrangement, is the trade dress of Wall Street. You are prohibited from using Wall Street Metals’s trademarks, service marks, and trade dress, or any colorable imitation thereof, to indicate the source of, sponsorship of, approval of, affiliation with, connection with, or association with your goods or services without the prior written consent of Wall Street Metals.

4. Cancelation Policy

Once you have placed an order with Wall Street Metals you have entered into a binding legal agreement and you may not cancel the confirmed order.

Wall Street Metals reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to permit cancellation of your order.

After Wall Street Metals has shipped the product, the order is final and cannot be canceled. If you refuse to accept the shipment, the product will be returned to us and you may either pay to have it reshipped or accept Market Loss fees upon return. Wall Street Metals reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason or for no reason at all, regardless of payment method or price confirmation, including without limitation, for orders. Wall Street Metals deems questionable or suspicious, for orders Wall Street Metals deems to be a significant risk, when the confirmed price is incorrect, for abrupt movements in the precious metals market, and/or when Wall Street Metals does not receive payment within the allotted timeframe.

Wall Street Metals is not responsible for pricing or typographical errors related to merchandise on the Website, and expressly reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to cancel all orders placed with respect to such merchandise. In the event of a cancelled order,

Wall Street Metals will contact you directly with notification of the cancellation.

5. Return Policy

Wall Street Metals does not accept any returns. Once payment for your order is confirmed and the coins are shipped from our Delaware Depository (which before coins have been shipped have been officially, authenticated and verified by the Depository.) USPS/FEDEX tracking is provided to you via email along with fully insured precious metals insurance and signature is required upon delivery, there are no other circumstances where Wall Street Metals would allow a refund.
